0100(3)(c)(i)(ii)(iii) Program Supervisor Catherine Martin was in ratio throughout this Licensors visit. Catherine was not able to assist in managerial duties to include assisting with preschool classroom being out of ratio, helping Licensor to review files, or escort children to school age/preschool children upstairs through hallway. 0100 (6) no high school diploma documented in MERIT for several teachers alone with children (Rosa Alonso, Mallaum Wright, and Courtney Hill).
